• Font : Times New Roman
• Size: 12
• Structure :
• Title: uppercase , bold
• Authors: after an interval of 1 line
• Hospital in which the survey was conducted: Hospital and clinic ( room, laboratory) . If more than one, to put indexes on the authors of the respective units .
• Text: General text without using a new line between paragraphs. The text itself can not exceed 2000 characters , including spaces , to reflect the objective , material and methods, results and conclusions of the study.
